Hi, I'm Lea, a detailed-obsessed bookkeeper with a big heart for organization, numbers, and doing things the right way.

Over the years, I've worn a lot of hats: I've worked at a CPA firm juggling multiple client accounts, handled construction company books, supported real estate business (I was licensed agent in Florida for four years), and even worked behind the scenes in the restaurant industry, No matter the setting, my priority has always been the same: deliver accurate, honest, audit-ready financials, and make sure the people I work with feel supported, not confused.

I'm certified in QuickBooks (including payroll), and I've completed over 60 hours of continuing education in accounting at Austin Community College. I'm also the type of person who will never pretend to know something I don't - I'll dig in, research, ask questions, and figure it out the right way.

Outside of work, I enjoy being with my family, my three favorite furry children, learning new systems, and finding new ways to bring order to chaos, like re-organizing the Tupperware drawer (yes, there is a matching lid for every container). I believe that integrity matters, communication matters, and when you do a job right, it shows.
